Ginger Tea for Dadiant, Clear Skin
1 – 2 cm ginger root (peeled and sliced thinly)
1 green tea tea bag
¼ lemon
500 ml of hot water
Honey

Put the ginger root and hot water into a small saucepan. Let it steep for a few minutes. The longer you steep the ginger, the hotter the tea will become. Turn the heat off, and add the tea bag in, and let it steep for 3 minutes. Remove the tea bag, add a squeeze of lemon juice, and honey to taste.

Turmeric Tea For An Overall Antioxidant Boost
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
A pinch of black pepper (optional)
Honey or agave syrup to taste
500ml hot water

Mix everything together and sip while hot.

Cinnamon Tea To Help Boost Your Metabolism
1 green tea tea bag
1 cinnamon stick or pinch of ground cinnamon
A pinch of cayenne pepper
Honey or your sweetener of choice
500 ml hot water

Steep the tea and cinnamon stick in hot water for a few minutes. Stir in some honey, and add a pinch of cayenne pepper to help boost fat burn.
